This course is designed to develop the tactical and analytical skills neces sary for effective patrol and reconnaissance operations in various terrains and operational contexts. It emphasizes stealth movement, target identification, and reporting procedures, with a focus on minimizing detection and maximizing operational awareness.

PATROL & RECONNAISSANCE COURSE (3 weeks)

• Planning and execution of foot and vehicular patrols

• Route selection and terrain analysis

• Observation post (OP) establishment and concealment techniques

• Surveillance and intelligence gathering

• Reporting and communication procedures

• Contact drills and immediate action protocols

• Night movement and use of night vision equipment

• Counter-reconnaissance and deception techniques

• Coordination with supporting elements (fire support, CASEVAC, etc.)
